各位好，今天在作體系內(nèi)審時，發(fā)現(xiàn)公司的樣件控制計劃，試生產(chǎn)控制計劃，生產(chǎn)控制計劃，它們?nèi)咧g沒有任何的區(qū)別，我覺得這樣是不對的，但是這三者之間應有的區(qū)別是什么?各自的輸入又有哪些?如何根據(jù)輸入形成不同階段的控制計劃?。

樣件控制計劃，試生產(chǎn)控制計劃，生產(chǎn)控制計劃，
Prototype control plan: 在產(chǎn)品設計和驗證階段，關注的是產(chǎn)品的尺寸和性能，輸入應該是DFMEA和特殊特性清單，技術規(guī)格書，圖紙;
Pre-production control plan: 在過程設計和驗證階段，關注的是產(chǎn)品和過程的特殊特性，輸入的是PFMEA，特殊特性清單和技術規(guī)格書，圖紙;
Series-production control plan: 在量產(chǎn)階段，是關注的是產(chǎn)品和過程的特殊特性，輸入的是PFMEA，特殊特性清單和技術規(guī)格書，圖紙;
Pre-production control plan&Series-production control plan的區(qū)別在于：Pre-production control plan的抽樣的頻度和檢測的項目應該相對來說多一點，量產(chǎn)成熟穩(wěn)定后，可適當降低檢測頻度和檢驗項目。

2.5 Prototype Build - Control Plan
Prototype control plans are a description of the dimensional measurements and material and functional tests that will occur during prototype build. The organization’s product quality planning team should ensure that a prototype control plan is prepared. Control plan methodology is described in Chapter 6. A Control Plan Checklist is provided in both Section 6 and Appendix A-8 to assist in the preparation of the prototype control plan.
The manufacture of prototype parts provides an excellent opportunity for the team and the customer to evaluate how well the product or service meets the Voice of the Customer objectives. It is the organization’s product quality planning team's responsibility to review prototypes for the following:
• Assure that the product or service meets specification and report data as required.
• Ensure that particular attention has been given to special product and process characteristics.
• Use data and experience to establish preliminary process parameters and packaging requirements.
•Communicate any concerns, deviations, and/or cost impact to the customer.
3.7 Pre-Launch Control Plan
Pre-launch control plans are a description of the dimensional measurements
and material and functional tests that will occur after prototype and before
full production. The pre-launch control plan should include additional
product/process controls to be implemented until the production process is
validated. The purpose of the pre-launch control plan is to contain potential
non-conformities during or prior to initial production runs. Examples of
enhancements in the pre-launch control plan are:
• More frequent inspection
• More in-process and final check points
• Robust statistical evaluations
• Enhanced audits
• Identification of error-proofing devices
4.7 Production Control Plan
The production control plan is a written description of the systems for controlling production parts and processes. The production control plan is a living document and should be updated to reflect the addition or deletion of controls based on experience gained by producing parts. (Approval of the authorized customer representative may be required.) The production control plan is a logical extension of the pre-launch control plan. Mass production provides the organization the opportunity to evaluate output, review the control plan and make appropriate changes. Chapter 6 and Appendix A-8 present Control Plan Methodology and a checklist to verify completeness.

一般來說，試產(chǎn)時的其他尺寸不需要監(jiān)測，除非技術部門要求的，因為特殊特性里可能已經(jīng)包括了很多尺寸了
量產(chǎn)時的抽樣頻率大小的確是依據(jù)試產(chǎn)的CPK情況來確定AQL的

先同意3樓和7樓的。。。。另外，樣件控制計劃，往往可能是手工件：即可能沒有正式的工裝、加工方法和檢測手段等，而這些在試生產(chǎn)和生產(chǎn)中就可能有勒?？刂品椒ㄗ匀痪腿鐦巧?位所言，與樣件不一樣。

個人理解：第一是樣件與試生產(chǎn)件在過程控制中的檢驗容量、頻率與批量生產(chǎn)的控制是有區(qū)別的，比如樣件的檢驗容量一般是100%，而批量生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品只做首檢、巡檢、末檢;
第二是樣件與批量產(chǎn)品所使用的加工設備、工裝可能會有變化，當然，這個不是絕對的，要根據(jù)貴公司的實際
樣件的輸入應是DFMEA分析的結果、特殊特性清單等。生產(chǎn)控制計劃的輸出應是現(xiàn)場的作業(yè)指導文件

樣件控制計劃：在樣件制造過程中，對尺寸測量和材料與性能試驗的描述;
試生產(chǎn)控制計劃：在樣件試制之后，全面生產(chǎn)之前所進行的尺寸測量和材料與性能試驗的描述;
生產(chǎn)控制計劃：在大批量生產(chǎn)中，將提供產(chǎn)品/過程特性，過程控制，試驗和測量系統(tǒng)的綜合文件。
