Your district has requested notice of the four state-owned construction land use rights, including the "2019-44" plot in Anshun Development Zone. After research, the reply is as follows:

I. In principle, agree with the four plans for the transfer of state-owned construction land use rights, including the block (2019-44) at the southeast side of the intersection of Weiyi Road and Yantang No. 2 Road in Anshun Development Zone (Yantang Area B-08). among them:

(1) The plot (2019-44) at the southeast side of the intersection of Weiyi Road and Yantang Second Road in Anshun Development Zone (Yantang Area B-08), with a transfer area of 32459.2 square meters, for commercial and residential land;

(2) Block (2019-46) at the southeast side of the intersection of Yantang No. 2 Road and Yantang No. 3 Road in Anshun Development Zone (Yantang Area B-15), with a transfer area of 40047.55 square meters, which is used for commercial and residential land;

(3) The southwest side of the intersection of Yingbin Avenue and Xihang Road (Hangcheng District B-02-01) (2019-47) in Anshun Development Zone, with a transfer area of 72288.6 square meters, for commercial and residential land;

(4) The second phase (2019-48) of the plot on the east side of the intersection of Kaisan Road and Jingyi Road in Anshun Development Zone (Yanghu Area C-09-01), with an area of 26,030.92 square meters for commercial and residential use.

2. The related planning and management involved in the development and construction of the listed land for sale shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the planning and design condition notice issued by the natural resources department.

3. The development and construction time of the transferred land shall in principle not exceed two years.

4. Your district is required to further refine and standardize the transfer plan in strict accordance with relevant regulations, further improve the construction project start-up declaration and completion verification system during land supply, and strengthen supervision of project construction.
